FACADE INSPECTION AND SAFETY PROGRAM (FISP/ LL1198) INSPECTIONS

FIRM is approved by the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) and recognized as a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI). Accordingly, FIRM is authorized to file Facade Inspection and Safety Program (FISP/ LL1198) inspection reports with the NYC DOB. FIRM specialized in all types of facade inspections whether it be for NYC’s Facade Inspection and Safety Program (FISP/ LL1198) or a routine facade inspection on a building not included in the FISP building network.

FIRM is registered as a Special Inspection Agency with the NYC Department of Buildings and can provide Special Inspection services.
WATER PENETRATION INVESTIGATIONS
FIRM is familiar with building waterproofing systems and can assist with inspecting, evaluating, and determining the sources of both long term as well as newly developed water penetration problems.
